TGIF!

I feel pitiful. I have worked a total of two days of a three day week, and I am already wishing it was over. For some reason, these two days have seemed to drag on. Although it has been nice and rather quiet, and I got to finish reading The Da Vinci Code, I am ready for my weekend. I have nothing planned, and I am completely prepared to do just that. There has been one big upside to the week. My boss's boss came to me to verify her math skills. She had to find the area of part of an upside down pyramid, for lack of a better way to describe it. She was close. My math was a whole lot closer. I did find though that there is a fine line between helping the boss out and blatantly telling her she is wrong. I hovered at that line. Not intentionally, but I felt that I was razors edge close to it. Without going into a long soliloquy about the working relation of her and everyone else, I can say that most people walk on egg shells around her. So far, I have not had to do that, but I think I would have to if I had stepped over the line. However, back to the point of the story... I love math. I think in numbers, and I can generally figure out most problems if given just a bit of time. And that is exactly what I did. Hopefully she will remember that when it comes time for my review.
Now, seeing as how I am usually asleep by about an hour ago; give yourself a hug from me, and goodnight!
